Impacted Teeth
Presentation:
6 impacted teeth; on both the right and left side: lower 1
st
and 2
nd
molars, upper 2
nd
molars.
A large cyst existed around the lower left impacted teeth.
Treatment:
Surgery to expose the impacted teeth and place gold chains, and removal of the cyst.
Impacted teeth were pulled through via the gold chains, initially using an upper removable appliance and then fixed appliances.
An excellent bite obtained.
