Multiple Problems
Presentation:
Impaction of lower second premolars (LR5 LL5).
All first molars to be extracted as very decayed/broken down.
All wisdom teeth presented but impacted due to lack of space.
Congenitally missing one lower incisor.
Treatment:
Surgical exposure of LR5 LL5 and placement of attachments.
Fixed appliances:
(A) To bring LR5 LL5 through.
(B) Close all spaces and eliminate need for 4 implants.
(C) Space provided for natural eruption of all wisdom teeth into function.
