Impacted Teeth
Presentation:
Upper right central incisor (UR1 – front tooth) was impacted against a supernumerary (extra tooth).
Crowding and Incorrect bite.
Treatment:
Supernumerary was removed.
UR1 was surgically was surgically exposed and gold chain bonded.
4 premolars were extracted due to crowding.
UR1 was pulled through.
Teeth aligned and bite corrected.
