Surgical
Presentation:
Short lower jaw.
Upper teeth pushed back by lower lip to meet lower teeth (Retroclined).
Severe crowding of upper teeth.
Treatment:
Fixed appliances.
Upper teeth moved forwards in line with upper jaw.
Lower jaw surgically moved forwards.
An excellent bite obtained.
Improvement in dental and facial profile aesthetics.
