Impacted Teeth
Presentation:
Upper Left Central incisor (UL1) was very ectopic (poorly positioned): placed under the nose growing towards the lip.
Poor bite with limited contact between upper and lower teeth.
Treatment:
UL1 was surgically exposed and a gold chain attached.
UL1 aligned with fixed appliances.
Teeth straightened and bite corrected.
